小腿壓力裝備在不同跑步速度對下肢肌肉之影響

摘要


本研究探討增加小腿壓力在不同速度下對運動表現之影響。招募8名有運動習慣的青年男性為參與者。利用肌電儀及加速規量測三種不同機能壓力帶固定法(無壓力、固定壓力20%、25%及漸進式壓力15-20%)在四種不同跑步速度下(7、9、11、13KPH)探討下肢肌肉活化程度(股內側肌、股外側肌、股直肌、股二頭肌、脛前肌及腓腸肌)及肌肉震動程度(股直肌、脛前肌及腓腸肌)之影響。統計方法使用二因子重複量數變異數分析,顯著水準定為α=.05。不同機能壓力帶固定法在不同速度跑部下對下肢肌肉活化及肌肉震動均沒有顯著差異。機能壓力裝備無法改變下肢肌肉的收縮及震動程度。

The study aimed at investigating lower leg compressed wear to lower limb muscle activation under different running speed. Eight young male with exercise habit were enrolled in the study. The lower limb muscle activation(Vastus medialis, Vastus lateralis , Rectus femoris, Biceps femoris, Tibialis anterior, Gastrocnemius) and vibration level (Tibialis anterior, Rectus femoris, Gastrocnemius) induced by three tie methods(without compression、20% compression、25% and 15-20% progressive compression) under four running speeds (7、9、11、13 KPH) were investigated by electromyography and accelerometer. The two-way ANOVA was applied for statistical measurement with a significant level of α=.05. No significant difference was found in muscle activation and muscle vibration by running under four speeds with three different tie methods. compression wears could not attenuate muscle activation, as well as muscle vibration.
