不同訓練對垂直跳及核心肌群效果之研究

摘要


本研究的目的:一、探討TRX訓練對垂直跳及核心肌群之訓練成效;自由重量訓練對垂直跳及核心肌群之訓練成效。二、探討TRX訓練與自由重量訓練對垂直跳及核心肌群訓練成效之差異。方法:將受試者分為TRX訓練組及自由重量訓練組,共計18位,其中男13位、女5位、平均年齡為29.17±13.19歲,進行8週訓練,以成對樣本T檢定評估TRX訓練與自由重量訓練對垂直跳及核心肌群之訓練成效;以獨立樣本T檢定比較TRX訓練與自由重量訓練對垂直跳及核心肌群訓練成效之差異。結果:TRX訓練組之垂直跳達顯著水準(t=-4.72;p<.05);滾輪達顯著水準(t=-2.55;p<.05);仰臥起坐達顯著水準(t=-3.75;p<.05);自由重量訓練組之垂直跳達顯著水準(t=-7.11;p<.05);滾輪達顯著水準(t=-3.47;p<.05);仰臥起坐達顯著水準(t=-4.05;p<.05)。結論:TRX訓練與自由重量訓練皆能全面提升垂直跳及核心肌群之訓練成效。TRX訓練與自由重量訓練對垂直跳及核心肌群之訓練成效,兩者無顯著差異。建議:希冀未來運動訓練者與健身運動教練,可將TRX訓練及自由重量訓練列為欲強化垂直跳及核心肌群訓練成效之參考。

Purpose: The purposes of this study were 1). to investigate the effect of TRX and free Weight trainings on vertical jump and core muscles, and 2). to compare differences between TRX and free weight trainings on vertical jump and core muscles. Method: Eighteen participants were divided into two groups: TRX group (n=9) and free weight trainings group (n=9). The average age of the participants was 29.17±13.19 years. All participants have participated trainings for 8 weeks. A paired-sample t-test and independent sample t-test were used for statistical analysis. Results: Significant improvements on vertical jump(t=-4.72;p<.05), roller slide exercise(t=-2.55;p<.05), and sit up(t=-3.75;p<.05)were showed in the TRX group. Significant improvements on vertical jump(t=-7.11;p<.05), roller slide exercise(t=-3.47;p<.05), and sit up(t=-4.05;p<.05)were showed in the free weight training group. Both TRX group and free weight trainings group were insignificant on vertical jump, roller slide exercise and sit up(p>.05. Conclusion: Both TRX and free weight trainings can improve vertical jump and core muscles. There was no significant difference between two groups on vertical jump and core muscles. Suggestion: This study suggests that trainers and fitness coaches can use both training methods to improve vertical jump and core muscles in the future.
