不同恢復方式對於肌肉疲勞後力量表現的立即影響

Immediate Effects of Different Recovery Treatments on Strength Performance after Muscle Fatigue

摘要


本研究目的旨在比較靜態休息、振動刺激及冰袋冷療三種不同休息方式對於肌肉疲勞恢復後力量表現的影響。徵求14位喜好運動的年輕男性,以重覆測量法進行本實驗。首先請受試者坐於等速測力儀上,先進行肘屈70°的肱二頭肌最大自主等長力量檢測,之後從事反覆最大自主向心與離心的肘屈曲動態運動,直到力量表現下降50%後停止,肌肉疲勞後再立即進行力量表現檢測,之後,隨機給予三種不同恢復方式,經十分鐘休息後,再次進行力量檢測為恢復後表現,而為避免延遲性肌肉痠痛影響實驗結果,每次試驗需間隔一周以上的休息。利用疲勞後與恢復後的力量表現計算疲勞指數及疲勞恢復效果,以重複量數變異數分析考驗三組間疲勞前測與恢復表現之差異,並以相依樣本t檢定考驗各組內在疲勞後與恢復後之疲勞指數差異。結果顯示:經過十分鐘的振動刺激或冰敷恢復後,均可有效降低肌肉疲勞指數,改善疲勞後的力量表現。結論:十分鐘的冰敷與振動刺激恢復方式均可立即改善高強度運動後的疲勞恢復能力。

This study aimed to compare three different recovery treatments, including static rest, vibration stimulus (VIB) and ice pack (ICE) on strength performance after muscle fatigue. Fourteen sporty young men were recruited for this study. Subjects sitting on isokinetic dynamometer were assessed maximal voluntary isometric contraction of 70-degree elbow flexion as a pre-test. Subjects were repeatedly performed concentric and eccentric elbow flexors workout until muscle fatigue defined as over 50% force reduction, and then strength performance test was conducted immediately as a post-test. All subjects were randomly assigned to one of the three 10-minute recovery treatments immediately following strength examination as a recovery-test. Each different recovery treatment was completed by subjects with an interval of more than one week for avoiding the delay onset of muscle soreness. Fatigue index of the post- and recovery-test, as well as recovery effects were calculated from strength performance. Repeated measures analysis of variance was employed to examine the pre-test and recovery effects among three groups, and paired t-test was used to examine the differences within fatigue index of each group. The findings showed that both VIB and ICE recovery treatments not only significantly diminished the fatigue index in post- and recovery-test, but also regained the strength performance after muscle fatigue. This study concludes that 10-minute recovery treatment either VIB or ICE immediately after fatigue could enhance the recovery effect from muscle fatigue.
