2023亞洲盃足球資格賽中華隊體能與技術表現之探討

Physical Performance and Technical Analysis of Chinese Taipei Men's Team in 2023 Asian Cup Qualification

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討中華男子足球代表隊2023亞洲盃足球資格賽主場與客場跑動表現與傳球技術表現。分析對象為中華隊與對手印尼隊主場與客場賽事表現,兩場賽事皆於泰國武里南府武里南體育場舉行,比賽內容以三臺攜帶式攝影機拍攝。分析方法採用Track160人工智慧自動追蹤系統分析球員個人與團隊跑動表現以及傳球技術表現。統計方法採用變異係數來檢視球員之間的差異程度。並採用Cohen's d效果量比較兩隊之間的差異。比賽結果印尼隊分別在第一場與第二場比賽以2比1與3比0獲勝。在跑動表現方面,中華隊球員在速度21~25 km.h^(-1)跑動距離與反覆衝刺次數表現兩場比賽皆劣於印尼隊。傳球技術表現方面,中華隊兩場比賽個人傳球成功次數、個人總傳球次數皆劣於印尼隊,兩隊差異程度為中效果量至大效果量(效果量-0.59~-1.30)。在團隊表現方面,中華隊兩場賽事在傳球成功數、總次數、進入罰球區次數皆劣於印尼隊。整體而論,中華隊在速度21~25 km.h^(-1)跑動距離、反覆衝刺次數、個人傳球成功次數、個人總傳球次數、團隊傳球成功數、團隊傳球總次數、團隊傳球進入罰球區次數皆劣於印尼隊表現。本研究結論為,中華男子代表隊球員必須加強21~25 km.h^(-1)高速奔跑與反覆衝刺的體能表現。此外,中華隊球員在個人與團隊的傳球成功次數與傳球總次數與印尼隊有明顯的差距,顯示我方球員在比賽中傳球判斷選擇與隊友支援行動有必要加強。這些表現結果為影響比賽勝負的關鍵要素。

This study investigated Chinese Taipei male football players' physical and passing technical performance during home and away matches in the 2023 Asian Cup Qualification. The participants in this study were Chinese Taipei and Indonesian men's national football teams. Two matches were held at Chang Arena in Mueang Buriram in Thailand. Three portable video cameras filmed the matches. The autonomic tracking system Track160 was used to detect players' and teams' locomotion profiles and passing performance. Coefficient of variation was used for statistical performance regarding within-group distribution. Furthermore, Cohen's d effect size (d) was used to measure the magnitude of difference between counterparts. For the game results, Indonesia won 2:1 and 3:0 in the first and second matches, respectively. In physical performance, the locomotion profile of Chinese Taipei players showed that the distance covered at 21 ~ 25 km.h^(-1) and the number of repeated sprints were lower than Indonesian players in both matches. In technical performance, the individual number of successful passes and the total number of passes in Chinese Taipei players were lower than that of Indonesian players in both matches; the magnitude of d was large (-0.59 ~ -1.30). In team performance, the number of successful passes, the total number of passes, and the number of passes that penetrated the penalty box in Chinese Taipei players were lower than that of Indonesian players in both matches. Overall, Chinese Taipei players had inferior performance in 21 ~ 25 km.h^(-1) distance covered, the number of repeated sprints, individual number of successful passes, the individual total number of passes, team number of successful passes, team total number of passes, and team number of passes penetrated to the penalty box, compared to those of Indonesian players. In conclusion, Chines Taipei players must improve high-intensity running performance at a speed of 21 ~ 25 km.h^(-1) and repeat sprints. In addition, Chinese Taipei players also need to improve decision-making and team support during passing performance. These physical and technical factors could determine match results in these two games.
