臺灣運動彩券研究之回顧

本研究針對臺灣運動彩券相關研究進行期刊文獻回顧探討，綜整2002年至2019年期間，臺灣運動、體育、休閒期刊探討過的運動彩券議題。研究方法採用內容分析法，以數據化的方式分類，使用Excel編碼並進行描述性統計。研究結果發現：一、研究作者數以單一作者較多；二、發表以2008年至2010年期間為國內探討的高峰；三、使用之研究方法有三種，以文獻分析法最多；四、研究學門為運動行政與管理和運動社會學；五、研究發表期刊多為未列入分級的期刊。結論：臺灣運動彩券研究可從運彩發展歷史軌跡中，找到脈絡。在2008年之前，是借鏡他國發行經驗，提供臺灣運動彩券推行相關建議的研究為主；在2008年之後，因2008年運動彩券正式發行，運動彩券研究開始有行銷、運動偏差行為及運動彩券發行與發展的相關課題研究，緣此2008年至2010年是運動彩券研究發表次數最多的期間；到了2013年，因即將進入第二屆運動彩券發行期，研究發表次數又再次提升，研究多數是針對過去的經營方式進行檢討，並提出相關的建議與改進之道；而最近一篇研究是2019年，是探討運動彩券參與者行前期望、體驗感受與再次消費。本研究端視臺灣運動彩券研究發展的統計數據，提出對應之看法與建議。

This study aimed to review and discuss the literature on sport lottery in journals in the fields of sports, physical education, and leisure between 2002 and 2019. It is rare comprehensively discussed the issues of sport lottery and conducted statistical analysis in Taiwan. The purpose of this study was to understand the five major aims of sport lottery. Methods: Used content analysis method to classify according to data, used the Excel for coding and descriptive statistics. Results: (1) The number of authors was mostly individual author, (2) the research years were mostly 2008-2010, (3) there were three research methods in the results of the study, and most of the research methods was based on literature review, (4) the research fields were Sport Administration and Management, and Sociology of Sport, (5) research publication journals were mostly no-level, the journals were not in the TSSCI journals. Conclusion: The research on Taiwan sports lottery can be found with historical trajectory of sports lottery development. Before 2008, the research on Taiwan sports lottery was mainly based on the experience of other countries to provide suggestions for the promotion of sports lottery in Taiwan. After 2008, sports lottery research began to marketing, sports deviation behavior, and the issuance and development of sports lottery, because of the official issuance. From 2008 to 2010, it was the period with the highest number of publications of sports lottery research. In 2013, it was the second period of sports lottery, the number of sports lottery research was increased again, most of the research was to review the past business methods, and put suggestions and improvements. The latest study was in 2019, which the sports lottery participants re-consumption impact of expectation and revisit intention. Suggestion: The sport lottery research had so far, there were still many places to be discovered since the number of domestic research was rare. This study hoped to provide its own insights for future research.
