幼小轉銜服務的現況以臺南市為例

The Current Situation of Transitions for Children with Disabilities

摘要


幼小轉銜服務意指特殊需求幼兒的就學環境從幼兒園轉換至國小的歷程,重要人員採團隊合作方式,訂定並執行以幼兒為中心的轉銜服務計畫,目的在協助幼兒順利轉換並成功適應新環境。文中先說明轉銜服務的定義、內涵、必要性與法令基礎,接著以筆者在臺南市的實務經驗為例,說明幼小轉銜服務的現況與困境。最後筆者提出建議作法,以期改善上述之困難。

"Transition service" means the process for children with special needs to switch from kindergarten to elementary school. The children are at the center of the service and the personnel involved work together as a team to help the children successfully switch and adapt to the new environment. The article explains the definition, connotation, necessity and legal basis of the transition service. Then, based on practical experience, the author takes Tainan City as an example to illustrate the current situation of the service. Finally, the researcher proposes a suggestion as to how transition services can improve the above scenarios and overcome their attendant difficulties.
