大專校院特殊教育學生工讀輔導模式之建構~以北部某大學為例

A Part-Time Job Guidance Model for Special Education Students in Colleges-An Example at a University in the Northern Area of Taiwan

摘要


本研究以北部某大學為例,試圖建構一個校內特殊教育學生工讀輔導模式,以期能具體落實特殊教育學生對職場生態之體驗。本研究為期一年半,採用行動研究法,邀請校內學術和行政單位、特殊教育學生共同參與。模式建構初期從評估學生轉銜職能和瞭解校內單位職缺工作內容開始,歷經就業媒合、增能課程、職場工讀、工作督導和考核,最後綜合評量學生整體工讀情形。研究參與者在過程中皆有收穫,學生獲得職場體驗,對未來畢業求職更有現場感;校內聘人單位更瞭解如何和特殊學生相處,且肯定其努力和工作成效。此工讀輔導模式發展出一套標準化流程和相關表件,是務實可行的作法,能於全校推廣,研究者最後也提出對未來的建議。

This study attempts to construct a part-time on-campus job guidance model for special education students. The study lasted for one and a half years, using action research methods in which academic and administrative units, as well as special education students, were invited to participate. The initial stage of the model construction started with an evaluation of students' capabilities and understanding of the workplaces. It went through employment matching, empowerment courses, work supervision, and finally comprehensively evaluated the students' overall performance. Participants in the study gave positive feedback throughout the process. This work-study guidance model has resulted in a set of standardized procedures and related forms. The model is a practical and feasible method that can be promoted throughout a university. The researchers provide suggestions for future research.
