家長觀點－學習障礙者在融合教育中持續面臨的困境

台北市學習障礙者家長協會於 2018年與《親子天下》雜誌合作「建構友善學障兒學習環境，你我可以做的一個改變」網路調查活動，盼以實際行動促進學校與社會的改變。調查對象採方便取樣，完成填答後，由協會社工再次電話回訪確認其內容。協會邀請筆者協助將調查蒐集到回應的一部分進行分析，作為未來家長團體倡議及參與行政主管機關擬定相關政策的參考。採用質性資料的編輯式分析模式與持續比較策略，逐步發展分類系統，並詮釋說明文本中的關聯性。分析結果浮現四個選擇編碼：（一）學習障礙的學習適應困難；（二）家庭承擔的壓力與挑戰；（三）偏見與隱微歧視的社會心理環境；（四）隱藏的結構性阻礙。最後對實務工作與未來研究提出建議。

In 2018, The Taipei Learning Disability Parent Organization held an online investigation with "CommonWealth Parenting and Education Magazine" to promote changes in schools and society through taking action. Convenience sampling was used and the association conducted telephonic follow-ups to clarify responses after the anticipants finished the questionnaire. This article aims to analyze partial data collected and gives suggestions about policy to the authorities. Four selective codes emerged: (a) Difficulties of accommodation in school; (b) Parental stress and challenges; (c) Prejudice and microaggression in the social psychological environment; (d) Hidden structural barriers. The practices and further research were discussed.
