抗氧化劑之補充對運動適應之影響

The Effects of Antioxidant Supplementation on Adaptation to Exercise

摘要


人體於運動的過程中會因為不同的運動強度與持續時間造成體內之氧化壓力,因而產生反應性氧化物累積自由基促使破壞免疫功能進而危害身體建康。過去的研究提到為了要清除體內過多的自由基因而需要額外補充抗氧化劑以保持健康。藉由本研究之相關探討整理之結果如下:抗氧化劑之補充乃需以運動對機體的刺激程度而定,包括:運動時間、運動強度、運動型態、體能訓練狀態飲食等皆會影響運動時氧化壓力之程度。適度的運動訓練會產生適當的氧化壓力促使體內抗氧化能力提高,進而產生適應性反應。故從事運動訓練應該是適度且適時的,過量與不足皆無法造成體能進步及健康促進,唯有適度的運動訓練才會造成超補償的效果。

Different Intensity and long time exercise result in oxidative stress therefore accumulate reactive oxide and free radical destroys immune system during exercise. There have been a number of studies that have investigated antioxidant supplementation extra for cleaning free radical and keep healthy. The findings of this study, antioxidant supplementation depends on the stimulation of exercise, many conditions effect oxidative stress, including exercise time, intensity, movement pattern, physical training state, Appropriation exercise training produce oxidative stress result in antioxidant ability raise to accommodation reaction. Simply stated, appropriate exercise should be moderation, more or less exercise can not promote physical ability and keep healthy.
