震動訓練對手球選手球速與跳躍力表現之影響

Effects of Vibration Training on Shooting Speed and Decuple Jump Performance of Handball Players

摘要


目的:本研究為探討連續8週震動訓練(vibration training, VT)對手球選手球速與跳躍力運動表現之影響。方法:以18名高中男子手球選手為研究對象,以立意取樣均分人數相等之控制組及實驗組,兩組選手皆需進行例行性手球專項訓練,而實驗組需額外接受連續8週、每週3次、振幅8 mm、頻率20 Hz至50 Hz的震動訓練。球速表現以手球7公尺罰球規則進行測試,而下肢運動表現則是以10次跳遠最大距離為評估指標,所得數據以前測表現為共變數,進行單因子共變數分析兩組間於訓練後各變項的差異性。本研究之結果:實驗經由8週震動訓練後顯著增進球速(74.56 ± 4.61 km/hr vs. 77.67 ± 4.24 km/hr, F=11.41, p < .01)與十級跳躍皆有顯著進步(23.92 ± 1.77公尺 vs. 24.97 ± 1.88公尺, F=5.57, p < .05)。

Purpose: the study was to evaluate the effects of Vibration Training (VT) on the shot speed and decuple jump performance of handball players. Methods: The subjects for the study were 18 senior high school handball players separated into a treatment group (TG) and a control group (CG) with equal number of players by Purpose Sampling. During the 8 week period of study, both groups underwent routine training, but the TG received additional VT (amplitude: 8 mm, frequency: 20-50 Hz) 2-3 times per week for eight consecutive weeks. The Penalty-throw was used to measure handball shot speed while decuple jump performance was evaluated by the total distance covered. Single factor ANCOVA was used to examine the differences between the groups after training with pretest values as a covariate and the significance was set at α = .05. Results: After 8 weeks VT, the TG players had significantly (p < .01) increased both shot speed (77.67 ± 4.24 km/hr vs. 75.33 ± 3. 4 km/hr, F = 11.41) , and the TG players had significantly (p < .05) increased decuple jump distance (24.97 ± 1.88 m vs. 24.61 ± 1.65 m, F=5.57).
