探討多元化教學模式融入大專院校桌球體育課程之教學成效

Exploring the effectiveness of integrating diversified teaching models into college table tennis physical education courses

摘要


目的:本研究旨在將多元化教學方法融入大專校院的桌球體育課程中,以探討這種多元化課程模式的適用性,並評估學生在學習內容、任務達成以及團隊合作方面的學習成效。方法:研究對象為大專校院體育興趣選項之學生,並採用分組合作學習的方式,實施為期18週的桌球多元化課程教學模式,包括發球機教學、多球教學、TBL/PBL教學、樂趣化教學以及多媒體影音教學等不同教學方法。研究運用問卷調查和量化統計分析的方法,以了解學生對課程的學習效果。結果:研究結果顯示,學生對學習內容、任務達成以及團隊合作等方面都給予了正面的評價。結論:本次課程對運動在體育教學的應用,能有效引導、深化學生對於自我學習與團隊合作。

Purpose: This study aims to integrate diversified teaching methods into college table tennis physical education courses to explore the applicability of such a diversified curriculum model and assess students' learning outcomes in terms of course content, task achievement, and teamwork. Methods: The participants were students interested in physical education electives at the college level. A group-based cooperative learning approach was employed, implementing an 18-week diversified table tennis curriculum that included various teaching methods such as serve machine instruction, multi-ball training, TBL/PBL (team-based learning/problem-based learning) teaching, gamification, and multimedia instruction. The study utilized questionnaires and quantitative statistical analysis to evaluate students' perceptions of the learning effectiveness of the course. Results: The findings indicated that students provided positive evaluations regarding the course content, task achievement, and teamwork aspects. Conclusion: The curriculum effectively applied sports education principles to physical education, significantly guiding and enhancing students' self-directed learning and teamwork skills.
