Communication is always necessary for human kinds. Through verbal or non-verbal communication, people deliver and receive messages. A simple behavior- shake hand may imply a self-disclosure or a face to face interaction. Because of hyperhidrosis, people may feel difficult to build the social and intimate relationship with others, and even feel withdraw from others or depression. This article deals the data of embarrassment and hardship of people with hyperhidrosis by interviewing of four female research participants. In terms of Goffman's drama theory and Toomey & Kurogi's face communication theory, how females with hyperhidrosis feel embarrassment and hardship when the two ways of non-verbal communication with hands are utilized. In addition, the career difficulties of people with hyperhidrosis are revealed.
