台灣至今在社區發展工作已推動40餘年,學者們(黃煌雄、郭石吉和林時機,2001;鄭夙芬等,2007)認為今日社區發展的改變已經能夠結合社區居民之自發性,實際實踐「由下而上」的居民參與。本研究著眼於以高雄市為例,探討社區發展協會組織韌性與需求相關研究為主。研究目的茲說明如下:1.瞭解高雄市社區發展協會之發展現況與其社區發展協會之需求為何;2.探討高雄市社區發展協會理監事組織幹部之韌性;3.了解社區發展協會組織韌性與需求相關情形。研究結果如下:社區發展組織硬體需求與社區發展協會組織成員韌性有正向相關,而社區發展組織軟體需求與社區發展協會組織成員韌性則有負向相關。至於社區發展組織財務需求與社區發展協會組織成員韌性亦有正向相關。本文文末做相關政策之建議,供主管機關於輔導社區發展事務之參考。
The community development has been promoted for decades in Taiwan. Researchers (Huang, Kuo and Lin, 2001; Cheng, 2007) argue that community development organizations have been able to connect with the autonomy of residents and to fulfill "bottom up"- the residents engagement. This research focused on the cases of Kao-Hsiung City to explore the staff resilience of community development organization and its needs. The aims of this research: 1. To explore the contemporary situations and needs of community organizations; 2. To explore the resilience of staff of community organizations; 3. To explore the correlation between the resilience and community needs. The research findings are stated as follows: Needs for facilities and resilience of staff of community organizations are positive correlated; Needs for community software and the resilience of staff of community organizations are negative correlated. Suggestions are recommended in the final section.
