我是可以幸福的－東南亞婚姻移民女性復原力的展現

東南亞婚姻移民女性來台生活，因性別、族群、社會結構制度等因素交織而成的壓迫，面臨了不同逆境與壓力。但是，即便在多重壓迫之下，她們仍透過復原力保護因子的展現，在生活中逐漸找尋自己的幸福。本研究是以復原力觀點探討復原力展現與幸福感之間的關係，並由整體來呈現保護因子間的互動關係。本研究是以東南亞婚姻移民女性為研究對象，透過4場的焦點團體進行資料蒐集，共有17位東南亞婚姻移民女性參與。研究結果發現，復原力的保護因子在個人面向有自我認同、自我期許、積極的學習、文化適應；家庭面向有自己是家人的依靠、家庭情感支持、家庭照顧責任、母職角色承擔；社會面向有社會關係、助人行為。另外，進一步發現保護因子並非完全獨立存在，有些彼此之間是相互牽動，尤其文化適應、積極的學習、自己是家庭的依靠、助人行為等四個保護因子，對於婚姻移民女性克服困境、追求幸福是具有雙重效果。

Due to compression arising from various factors such as gender, ethnic group and social structure or system, female marriage migrants from Southeast Asia face different difficulties and pressures when they live in Taiwan. However, even under multiple types of compression, they can still present protective factors of resilience and gradually look for their own happiness in life. This study takes a viewpoint of resilience to investigate relationships between resilience performance and happiness and then integrally reveals interactions between protective factors. With 17 female marriage migrants from Southeast Asia as objectives, the present research conducts data collection by four sessions of focus group discussions. Results demonstrate that, in terms of personal aspect, protective factors of resilience include self-identification, self-expectation, active learning and cultural adaptation; with regard to family aspect, protective factors include being the dependence of the family, emotional support for the family, responsibility of family care, and undertaking of motherhood; protective factors of social aspect include social relations and helpful behaviors. In addition, this study further finds protect factors are not completely independent but correlative. In particular, the following four protective factors-cultural adaptation, active learning, being the dependence of the family and helpful behaviors exert double effects on female marriage migrants’ overcoming difficulties and pursuing happiness.
