摘要

本研究主旨在於探討如何透過機能服的設計進而改善脊髓損傷患者之心理與生理狀態，達到顧及患者尊嚴與舒適之目的。本研究蒐集國內外相關文獻，並深入瞭解下肢損傷患者引發尿失禁等併發症。與醫師、物理治療師、看護者做專家訪談。觀脊椎損傷患者之生活型態，歸納出機能服對他們在生活上與心理（身體心像）之影響與幫助，了解數據變化並幫助傷患者提高穿著舒適性。

This research is to investigate the apparel design element for spinal cord injured (SCI) patients caused by car accident and pathological changes. In order to achieve patient wear comfortable and convenient.The ready-to-wear to meet for the disabled and patients with urine bag need is low in Taiwan nowadays. Therefore, this research has collected foreign and domestic references trying to figure out an innovative outfit according to depth comprehend urinary incontinence and ulcers Complications.The researcher use questioning survey in 4 Physical Therapist and observance 8 spinal cord injured (SCI) persons there Lifestyles, and design 4 style decompression pants. The decompression pants have passed various rigorous testing by adding different texture fills then compression process in order to ensure their functionalities. As a result, the decompression pants are comfortable to wear and pressure of patient's wound is relieved.
