摘要


石墨烯為現今熱門材料,常用於複合材料之填充劑,其分散程度對複合材料的性質具有極大影響。由UV-Vis吸收光譜與分散程度之相關性,本研究可使用UV-Vis來偵測其分散程度。影響石墨烯分散程度的因素很多,界面活性劑常用來增加其分散程度,為了研究界面活性劑對石墨烯在水溶液中分散的影響,選定3種不同種類(SDS、SDSO、CTAB)的界面活性劑來研究石墨烯在水溶液影響分散的變因。結果顯示,三種介面活性劑中以SDS分散效果最好,其分散能力順序為SDS>CTAB>SDSO。介面活性劑的變因,如親水端之電性等對分散程度之影響,將在內文中討論。

Graphene is one of today's popular material that commonly used as fillers in composite materials. The dispersion of graphene has a great influence on the properties of composite materials. It has been reported that the degree of dispersion of graphene can be monitored by UV-Visible spectroscopy. In this work, UV-Vis is used to detect the dispersion of graphene. Surfactants are commonly used for the dispersion of graphene. In this study, we use three different surfactants(SDS, SDSO, CTAB) to find how they affect the dispersion of graphene in aqueous solutions. The results show that the dispersion ability of graphene in the surfactant aqueous solution can be listed in descending order: SDS>CTAB>SDSO. It is obvious that SDS is the most effective one among them. The effect of the surfactants on the degree of dispersion, such as the electrical properties of the hydrophilic end, will be discussed in detail in this article.
