以多重生理參數探討意識狀態的改變

Study of Effects Changes in the State of Consciousness Using Multiple Physiological Parameters

近年來,由於社會快速進步與變遷,使得在工作競爭力也越來越大,許多人必須創造更多的靈感用於工作中,有越來越多人藉由學習開發人體潛能之技巧(如靜坐、禪定、瑜珈等三類)來排除身心的壓力與消除疲勞。相關研究指出,如果進入深層意識狀態,在心理、生理各方面都會有較顯著的影響效果。本研究以腦波量測為記錄大腦活動時的生物電流變化,透過分析可用以評估學習者之意識狀態。透過末梢血流量測進行分析以了解學習者於深層意識狀態下的生理狀況。指溫量測作為監測交感神經活動的一個指標,以了解學習者放鬆情形。記錄心電圖以了解靜坐過程心率變化情形。透過建構簡易意識狀態評估模型並量測心電圖、末梢血流與指溫之生理參數作為判斷影響範圍指標,來探討改變意識狀態對於人體相關生理參數之影響。實驗結果發現腦波F3-F4之α波同調性,超覺靜坐者α波同調性比閉眼休息者高,超覺靜坐者有規律練習,比較能快速的進入沉靜狀態。

In recent years, because of the rapid social progress and change which make the work has become more competitive. Many people have to create more inspiration for the work. More and more people learn the skills of human potential (there are three types, such as meditation, meditation, yoga) to eliminate the physical and mental pressure and fatigue. The related study showed that it occurs apparent affects both physically and mentally when the learner gets in a deep consciousness.In this study, EEG measurements of brain activity changes through the analysis are used to assess the human state of consciousness. Peripheral blood flow measurements were analyzed to assess the state of consciousness of the sympathetic activity to evaluate the relax condition of the learner. We record electrocardiogram to understand the fluctuation of heart rate during meditation. A simplified model was built for evaluating consciousness state. Electrocardiogram, peripheral blood flow waveform and finger temperature were measured as the characteristics of the affective range to study how the meditation influences the related physiological parameters of a human body under a deep consciousness state.Experimental results show that brain waves F3-F4 to analyze the α-wave coherence, Transcendental Meditation were higher than those with eyes closed rest. Transcendental Meditation by regular exercise, more able to quickly enter the deep consciousness state.
