快速解凍冰淇淋勺設計

Design of a set of ice-cream scoop

摘要


本創作之冰淇淋勺具有免插電快速融化冰淇淋功用,主要勺子本體由金屬組成,整個金屬內部為一含有液體之封閉腔體的熱管,熱管在很小溫度差條件下具有高效率傳熱能力。當使用者握住刀柄時,手掌心的溫度經由刀柄迅速傳給勺子部而輕易融化冰淇淋,輕易達到省力又不耗電功能。

In this paper, we design a ice-cream scoop which material composed of metal, to thaw ice-cream quickly with no power. The heat pipe was designed insert into the metal to thaw the ice-cream easily without any extra power. Heat pipe has a high efficient heat transfer rate with less temperature drop, so it use to thaw frozen ice-cream. When the palm contact scoop handle, the temperature of palm was transferred heat immediately to the surface of ice-cream through the scoop. The user can easily dip frozen ice-cream with the temperature of palm under no power condition.
