應用模糊類神經網路控制器於雙軸線性伺服馬達同步運動控制

摘要


本文提出模糊類神經網路控制器設計,以控制雙軸線性伺服馬達同步運動。利用模糊類神經網路交叉耦合控制器以消除雙軸線性伺服馬達同步運動之相對速度誤差。此模糊類神經網路交叉耦合控制器之設計在於取代傳統比例-積分-微分交叉耦合控制器,以保持雙軸線性伺服馬達同步運動。利用兩個模糊類神經網路速度控制器提供需要控制動作,以保持雙軸線性伺服馬達同步運動且追隨速度命令。本文所提控制方法對負載干擾具有高強健性。由模擬結果證明本文所提控制方法可適應在寬廣的速度範圍且足以抗負載干擾。

A fuzzy neural network control method for synchronizing a biaxial linear servo motors motion is proposed in this paper. A fuzzy neural network cross-coupled controller is used to cancel out the skew speed error of the biaxial linear servo motors motion. The conventional fixed gain PID cross-coupled controller is replaced with the proposed fuzzy neural network cross-coupled controller to maintain biaxial linear servo motors synchronization motion. Two fuzzy neural network speed controllers provide the necessary control actions to maintain synchronization while following a variable command trajectory. This scheme provides strong robustness with respect to load disturbance. The simulation result reveals that the proposed control structure adapts to a wide speed range of operating conditions and provides promising results under load changes.
