屏東縣社區組織推動社區營造之現況研究

摘要

社區營造在公部門與社區在地組織協作過程有不同歷程的轉進，屏東縣推動社區工作的經驗，因區域發展與社區組織的參與，長期以來嘗試開展偏鄉活化發展。本研究嘗試了解社區組織的主要社區工作內容、面臨困境、社區工作所需的協助、期待裝備哪些能力，並了解社區組織工作者在區域發展願景重視的議題、認為最需要解決的課題以及對於回應須解決的課題，公部門與所屬社區組織可採取哪些策略來協力完成。

Community reconstruction has been changed and transformed in context of collaboration between public sector and local community. In Pintung County, it as been developed a model of local regeneration for regional development with participation of community organizations.The study tries to understand main content of community work of these community organizations, and what kind of assistances and capacity building that these organizations believe required. With the understanding about issues that community practitioners cared most, the author tries to identify the possible resolution that public sectors could devote to facilitate local community organizations.
