從管理層面探討大專院校體育課程之分類

From the Management Aspects to Analyze the Categories of Physical Education Courses in Universities

摘要


研究者根據運動項目多項分類之意義、功能、運動主體之技術實施層面、本質與持續進行之特性以及欲達成之目標,從管理層面著手,將大專院校開設之體育課程加以分類,分成:接觸回擊、目標、計時、競技、綜合與學術項目,並以內容分析法收集2003年全國大專院校體育運動課程開課名稱、數目與種類。其中籃球(156所)在開課學校數目最多,其次則是桌球、排球、網球與羽球,接著是游泳(120所)與高爾夫(115所)。三因子多變量檢定(Three-Way Multivariate analysis of variance, Three-Way MANOVA)分析「公私立」、「學校」與「地區」在研究者提出之分類項目(接觸回擊、目標、計時、競技、綜合與學術項目)均未達顯著水準。「公私立」與「學校」、「公私立」與「地區」、「學校」與「地區」分別在研究者提出之分類項目二因子多變量檢定均未達顯著水準。「公私立」、「學校」與「地區」各因子分別在研究者提出之分類項目一因子多變量檢定,僅「學校」(大學、獨立學院與專科學校)在研究者提出之分類項目達顯著水準。事後比較顯示大學在開設「接觸回擊項目」、「計時項目」與「競技項目」均多於獨立學院與專科學校,達顯著交互作用。除了學術項目之外,其它項目是否適用於體育課程與運動項目之分類,專家學者與讀者可以再發揮想像力與腦力激盪,提出不同的分類方法。

From the management aspects, this study attempted to itemize the university's physical education courses into 6 categories. They are combative and shuttle, goal, time-calculate, movement skill, synthetic, and academic subject. Content analysis was used to collect the name, number and category of university and college's physical education courses in 2003. Basketball class was the most schools had (156 institutes), then table tennis, volleyball, tennis, badminton, swimming (120 institutes) and golf (115 institutes). Three-Way multivariate analysis of variance (Three-Way MANOVA) showed that ”public/private”, ”school”, and ”area” had no significant interaction among those 6 categories (combative and shuttle, goal, time-calculate, movement skill, synthetic, and academic subject) itemized by the researcher's categories suggestion. ”Public/private” and ”school” had no significant interaction among 6 categories in Two-Way MANOVA; neither were ”public/private” and ”area” nor ”school” and ”area”. One-Way ANOVA indicated that only ”school (university, college and academy)” had significant interactions with physical education courses. This study also indicated that courses of ”combative and shuttle”, ”time-calculate” and ”movement skill” exist more in university than in college and academy. There is the remaining question of whether academic subject course is appropriate in categories of sport, but the scholars and readers may have different point of views with more imagination.
