摘要

本實驗主要研究的目的是在探討新種Shewanella sp. NTOU1對於蒽醌染料Reactive Blue 19之耐受性的相關測試報告。研究指出，當蒽醌染料Reactive Blue19之溶液濃度高達1500 mg/L時，Shewanella sp. NTOU1依然能夠降解蒽醌染料Reactive Blue 19。此外，在相同培養條件的控制下，利用不同Shewanella sp.來作分解染劑的能力測試，結果發現以Shewanella sp. NTOU1來分解蒽醌染料Reactive Blue 19時會有較佳的降解能力。而在生物毒性的測試中，隨者蒽醌染料Reactive Blue 19被Shewanella sp. NTOU1分解的越多的情形下，蒽醌染料Reactive Blue 19之毒性也會隨之被降低。

This study investigated the tolerance of anthraquinone reactive dye C.I. Reactive Blue 19 (RB-19) in aqueous solution by Shewanella sp. NTOU1.Shewanella sp. NTOU1 could decolorize and tolerate the high concentration of Reactive Blue 19 when the concentration of Reactive Blue 19 was 1500 mg/L. Compared to different Shewanella sp., this strain has higher ability of decolorization than the other Shewanella sp. Based on the toxicity of Reactive Blue 19 solution, during decolorization of Reactive Blue 19 by Shewanella sp. NTOU1, toxicity of Reactive Blue 19 also decreased.
