The Considerations and Experiences of Practitioners in Facing Ethical Challenges: A Study of the Research on Ethical Issues in Counseling in Taiwan

摘要

專業倫理守則是諮商輔導實務工作者進行倫理判斷、決定其行動的重要依據，以維護案主的權益與福祉，避免違反倫理規範；但專業倫理守則存在限制，多數實務工作者在其專業生涯一定會遭遇倫理挑戰的情境，諮商輔導實務工作者遇到專業倫理挑戰後，是怎麼思考、怎麼面對的？本文彙整台灣與諮商輔導倫理相關議題的研究，依著「專業倫理挑戰怎麼產生」「遇到專業倫理挑戰，實務工作者在考量什麼」「面對專業倫理挑戰的經驗與歷程」的思考邏輯，探討相關議題的研究結果及其意涵，進而提出諮商輔導倫理議題研究的未來發展方向。

The Code of Ethics is an important basis for ethical judgment and decision-making of counseling practitioners. However, there are limits on professional ethics, most practitioners will encounter ethical challenges in their practice. How do the practitioners of multi-counseling practice face the challenge of professional ethics? This paper summarizes the researches of counseling professional ethical issues in Taiwan in the light of the logic of ＂ how professional ethical challenges arise ＂, ＂ what practitioners are thinking about when faced with professional ethical challenges ＂, ＂ experiences in facing professional ethics challenges ＂. To explore the results of the researches and its implications, then put forward the future direction of the research on ethical issues of counseling.
