應用價值工程探討橋梁耐震補強-防落橋裝置工法[以台1線鍛冶橋(屏東縣南州鄉)為例]

摘要


鑑於921集集大地震及近年世界各地皆有大規模地震發生,對於公路橋梁造成空前損壞,並嚴重影響地震後救災行動之進行,交通部公路總局為全面提升省道橋梁耐震能力,減少生命財產損失,維持區域良好交通運輸系統,已辦理「省道橋梁耐震補強緊急工程建設計畫」,針對補強之橋梁擬訂期程進行改善,以達到「省道橋梁耐震補強緊急工程」補強標準。本研究報告針對橋梁耐震補強之防落橋裝置及阻尼器的應用,以台1線鍛冶橋耐震補強工程為例在符合前述計畫補強標準及「公路橋梁耐震設計規範」下,研析就公路橋梁耐震補強工法、施工條件限制、施工期程、工程費用及施工對既有交通車流之影響,提出相關替代方案,以達到期望成效。

In view of the 921 Earthquake and the large-scale earthquakes that have occurred around the world in recent years, causing unprecedented damage to roads and bridges and seriously affecting the post-earthquake disaster relief operations, the General Administration of Highways of the Ministry of Communications has comprehensively improved the seismic resistance of provincial highway bridges and reduced life and property Loss, maintaining a good regional transportation system, has completed the "Provincial Highway Bridge Seismic Reinforcement Emergency Engineering Construction Design Drawing", and has improved the planned schedule of reinforced bridges to meet the "Provincial Highway Bridge Seismic Reinforcement Emergency Engineering" reinforcement standard. This research report focuses on the application of anti-falling bridge devices and dampers for earthquake-resistant reinforcement of bridges. Taking the earthquake-resistant reinforcement project of the Taiwan No. 1 forged bridge as an example, the road bridges are analyzed and analyzed in compliance with the aforementioned plan reinforcement standards and the "Specifications for Seismic Design of Highway Bridges" Earthquake-resistant reinforcement method, construction condition restrictions, construction schedule, project cost and the impact of construction on existing traffic flow, propose relevant alternatives to achieve the desired results.
