Under the pressure of the Globalization Transformations & WTO, Taiwan is facing to economics structural Transformations recently years. The National Government promulgated cultural industries policy tries to drives economy growth. This paper just comments upon challenge of 2008 cultural industries policy, to commentaries strategy thinking to cultural industries key values by cultural heritage And the final promote by cultural technology skill to cultural capitals, socialites capitals, and economy capitals to creating goods value.
