建構地方文化之創意生活產業思維以青竹文化園區為例

Build up and Construct the Creative Industry from the Culture of Society-From the Case "Cultural Garden of Green Bamboo"

摘要


從政府提出的「挑戰2008:國家發展計畫-文化創意產業計劃」中所發展出的“創意生活產業”,其目的在於政府政策的推動下,輔於各類別之專家,運用整合技術、行銷與推廣、服務等相關領域,以促進臺灣傳統產業之附加價值,減緩中小型產業沒落危機,開啟傳統產業發展之新契機。本文藉由文獻探討與個案分析來深探“創意生活產業”的實施要點與發展契機,從個案-「青竹文化園區」探討文化產業的定位、生活產業的開發至“以消費者為中心”的體驗思維,思考產業本質、地方文化與消費體驗,開啟產業創意的核心知識與運用之操作模式。

”The Creative Life Industry” is the plan that developed in the policy from government to bring out ”A Challenge of 2008: Government Developing Program-Creative Cultural Establishments Plan”. The main goal of this program to reach is to gather different category's professional using the technique of integrate, popularize, service and some relative fields to promote the value of Taiwan traditional industry, as well as reduce the crisis of industries decline in order to start the new opportunity of traditional industry.This study probe and analyze the case from document intends to carry out main point and development opportunity by ”Creative Life Industry”. From the case-”Cultural Garden of Green Bamboo” to study the orientate and develop of cultural industry till the thought taking consumer as center to think deeply the essence of industry, culture and consume experience in order to open the core knowledge and application of the industry intention.
