摘要
This article examines from Taiwan government policy to promote rural regeneration since problems facing rural communities, the Community industry is bearing the brunt of agricultural and fishing products for the basic needs for livelihood, in traditional communities implement cross-domain policy meets community needs, this paper is to clarify the cross-border management model as a pilot policy, cross-domain analysis plan for the community if there is actual demand, as well as cross-domain generation mode, cross-border mechanisms, cross-domain policy and institutional issues facing them explore research, case studies to Wugang Community Taixi Township, Yunlin county as a research object, in-depth inter-views and observation, document analysis research to clarify the industrial added value cross-border plan for the community if there is material assistance.
