東南亞裔外籍看護工對失智症之認知與照顧服務態度之研究

摘要
臺灣預估在2026年後成為超高齡社會，屆時失智症者更多，但我國照顧失智症者的人力卻顯不足，目前以引進東南亞裔外籍看護工為因應，各界對外籍看護工照顧品質益加關注。研究目的：（1）探討外籍看護工對失智症認知之程度；（2）探討外籍看護工照顧失智症者之服務態度；（3）分析外籍看護工對失智症認知和服務態度之關聯性。研究對象為越南、印尼以及菲律賓籍看護工，以調查研究法回收有效問卷312份，採用描述性統計、相關分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析和卡方百分比同質性檢定等分析方法。發現：（1）居家類外籍看護工的失智症認知程度優於機構類護工；（2）年齡越高之護工照顧服務態度愈佳；（3）東南亞裔外籍看護工對於失智症者認知愈高，照顧服務態度愈佳。

It is estimated that in 2026, it will become a super-aged society. The older you are, the more likely you are to be affected by dementia, but the human resources of dementia caring should be insufficient, in response to the introduction of foreign caretakers, the quality of care for foreign caretakers in various fields is paying more attention. The objectives of the study are:(1) to explore the cognitions of foreign caretakers for dementia;(2) to explore the attitudes of foreign caretakers for dementia;(3) to analyze the association of attitudes of foreign caretakers' cognitions and care services attitudes for dementia. The subjects were Vietnamese, Indonesian and Filipino foreign caretakers. The research was conducted by survey research method. The total number of valid questionnaires was 312. The statistical methods were descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Chi-square percentage homogeneity test. The research results are:(1) Foreign caretakers served at home are more aware of dementia than institutional ones; Indonesian caretakers cognitions of dementia is at highest level;(2) Taking 33 years old as the basic line, the higher the age, the better the care attitude; and the Vietnamese workers are of the best attitude;(3) The higher the cognitions of foreign caretakers for dementia, the better their care attitude was founded.
