「米」是國人的主要糧食,池上米聞名全球,孕育於得天渾厚的水與土壤、濃厚人情味和資深農民之手,老農持續投入種植米的農事過程,是否實踐了特有的在地活躍老化,值得關注。本研究目的有:(1)探討老農參與池上米種植與農事活動現況;(2)分析參與池上米種植老農的活躍老化程度;(3)探究影響參與池上米老農活躍老化程度的因素。研究對象為臺灣東部池上鄉種植池上米的老農,以探索性的先質性後量化設計,以調查研究法採用判斷抽樣,回收有效問卷數117份,分析方法包括:敘述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、和單因子變異數分析等。發現以男性老農為多數,為了家計和收入來參與農事活動;老農參與種稻農事實踐了高程度的活躍老化;老農和家人不同住顯著影響活躍老化程度。
"Rice" is the main food in Taiwan. "Chishang" rice is also well-known all over the world. It is bred by amazing water and soil, a strong human touch, and the hands of experienced farmers. The experienced (old) farmers continue to participate in the agricultural process of planting rice. Have they practiced the special local active aging? This is worthy of attention. The objectives of this research are to:(1) explore the status of old farmers participating in Chishang rice planting and farming activities;(2) analyze the active aging degree of old farmers participating in Chishang rice planting;(3) explore the factors that affect the active aging degree of old farmers participating in Chishang farming. The research subjects were the old farmers who grow Chihshang rice in Chihshang Township, eastern Taiwan. The exploratory pre-qualitative and quantitative design is adopted, and judgment sampling is adopted by the survey method and 117 valid questionnaires are collected. The analysis methods include: descriptive statistics, independent sample t test and one-way ANOVA, etc. We found that the older male farmers are the majority, participating in farming activities for the sake of family and income. The old farmers participating in rice farming practice a high degree of active aging. And whether the old farmers live with their families or not affects active aging degree.
