高齡者生命史中獨特的關鍵事件,常被視為極可能是重要的生命故事,並且影響老化過程與品質,本研究旨在探討影響高齡者與伴侶動物、街頭動物之間產生的生命故事,及影響生命故事的人、時、地、事與物,透過質性與量化並行的方法論適合討論這類嶄新議題;本研究目的有:(1)探討高齡者參與動物療癒扮演的學習角色與反思;(2)探討高齡者與寵物之間的生命故事組成因素;研究對象為動保團體轉介且同意參與的街頭動物關懷者,以及19名願意參與接受訪查、且其家中現有伴侶寵物或持續關懷街頭動物的高齡者,研究工具為半結構式訪談大綱和從質性分析歸納結果,再由研究者編製的面對面訪談問卷;除運用詮釋學提出質性分析結果,再以量化之統計分析驗證高齡者生命故事中的動物療癒效益與相關影響變項;寵物或受關懷的街頭動物不僅是參與者家庭的一份子,同時被賦予高齡者心中等同家人的位階,高齡者於過程中因為扮演知覺者和滿足求知慾的資訊收集者,使生命與生活出現正向變化;陪伴與關懷動物的時間、行動中的支持系統是建構高齡者和動物之間生命故事的關鍵因素;動物癒療方案的效益也與高齡者在地生活圈的居住環境顯著相關;應用職場學習理論之角色模型可發現,高齡者在動物療癒方案擔任行動者的反思角色與自我知覺是高齡者持續主動參與的推手。
This research aims to explore the life stories that affect the relationship between the elderly and companion animals and street animals. The objectives of this study are: (1) explore the learning role played by the elderly in participating in animal therapy. and reflection; (2) explore the components of the life story between the elderly and their pets; the research subjects were street animal carers who were referred by animal protection groups and agreed to participate, and 19 people who were willing to participate in the interview and had existing For seniors who have companion pets or continue to care for street animals, the research tool is a semi-structured interview outline and a qualitative analysis to summarize the results, and then a face -to-face interview questionnaire prepared by the researcher; in addition to using hermeneutics to present the qualitative analysis results, and then quantifying them Statistical analysis verified the animal healing benefits and related influencing variables in the life stories of the elderly; the research conclusions include: pets or cared for street animals are not only part of the participants' families, but are also given the status of family members in the hearts of the elderly.
