一人一故事劇場對於老人整體健康之影響

The Study on Influences of Playback Theatre Training On Holistic Health ofthe Aged

本研究旨在探討一人一故事劇場對於老人身心靈整體健康之影饗。研究對象為12位台中地區55-72歲志願參與「一人一故事劇場核心訓練」之高齡者。訓練課程包括四個面向(一)身體工作、(二)傾聽-同理、(三)反映-回演、(四)即興-臨在一全程訓練共35小時。透過實踐丶評估、回饋丶改良丶循環之行動過程,對成員進行結構式訪談,並蒐集成員自陳報告,進行資料分析與歸納。研究發現一人一故事劇場對高齡者整體健康有正向影響:(一)在生理方面:透過聲音與肢體開發等暖身活動,可以改善參與者身體的柔軟度、減少頭痛和肩頸痠痛、降低煩躁不安較易入睡等,對於帕金森氏症者亦提供了復健效應-調整步履與重心的平穩、聲量的維持;(二)在認知方面:可以提升參與者專注、傾聽丶重述丶摘要、反映、同理的能力;(三)在情緒方面:透過說、聽丶演、看現場即興的真實故事,可以催化學員情緒的抒發,改善憂鬱的心情,增進社區連結意識;(四)在人際與社會支持方面:透過不斷分享與同理的過程,可以改善社會支持與人際關係;(五)在靈性方面:透過持續「去角色」與去我執儀式,進行臆測的清除與歸零;透過即興合作演出、領悟生命為共同體、當下乃唯一真實,提升整體幸福感(well-being)。

The Purpose of this study is to explore the influences of playback theatre training (PBT) on the aged. Playback theatre is considered as a kind of complementary therapy for health promotion for the aged. The participants of this study are 12 volunteers whose agefrom55 to 72. They accepted playback theatre training 35hours totally, and the public play of playback theatre by participants themselves were took place at last, so as to integrate and enforce their abilities of listening, empathy, improvising which they got from the PBT training courses. They were interviewed and wrote self-report about PBT afterall of training. The trainingactivities and exercises including 4 parts-(1) body-work (2) reflection and empathy (3) listening and playback(4) improvising and being here and now. Theinter-coder reliability of qualitative data analysis was established by 2 researchers. The findings expounded with cross-casesanalysis which included4 dimensions- Physical, psychological(cognitional/emotional), interpersonal relationship and social support, and spiritual well-being. We find thatPBT can help people approach physical, psychological, social, spiritual health: (1) Physical level - sleepmore easily( who had insomnia) , less headache,less neck/shoulders pain, more stable when walk and talk(who has slight Parkinson's Disease). (2) Psychological level - participants learned how to listen, restate, reflect, and empathize. (3) Social level- they got friends in the group, and knew how to transfer empathy to others in real life situation. And some participants learned ""say yes" instead of "say no".(4)Participants got more trust to self and each other, and more trust to the life process itself.
