提昇大專生體育課興趣之探討

Promote College Student's Method Discussion of the Physical Education Interest

摘要


興趣是人的一種心理現象,是指一個人認識與掌握某種現象、事物或參與某項活動具有積極情緒的一種心理傾向;在體育教學中培養從事體育活動者的興趣、愛好、選擇與確定體育活動內容就十分重要。因此,如何在體育課程中運用多元性的教學方法,來提昇學生上體育課的興趣,是體育教師應該充份理解與瞭解的。綜合各方之研究理論與研究結果,歸納出提昇學生上體育課興趣法包括:一、約法三章。二、樂趣化教學。三、讚美與表揚。四、示範與誘導。五、循序漸進。六、個別差異。七、建立和諧的師生關係。體育教學是一種藝術,在理論與實際的動作技巧上需要融合在一起,才能使學生學習到正確的運動姿勢,並體會運動的好處。每一位體育教師都有一套獨特又能吸引學生學習的教學方式,更應該利用許多的教學經驗與方法,提昇學生的學習興趣,營造雙贏的結果。

The interest is a kind of psychological phenomena of the people's, mean that knows and grasps a certain phenomenon, things or participates in a kind of psychological inclination with positive mood of a certain activity alone; Train the interest, hobby of the person who engaged ins sport activity, choose and confirming the sport activity content is very important in physical education teaching. So how use teaching method of pluralism among the course in sports, to promote the interest that students have physical education, it was the physical education teacher that should fill a understanding. Whether comprehensive research theory and result of study, is it promote student have physical education student include to appear to sum up. First, make a few simple rules to be observed by all concerned. Second, enjoyment teaching. Third, praise and praising. Fourth, demonstrate and lead. Fifth, follow in order and advance step by step. Sixth, individual differences. Seventh, establish harmonious teacher and student relationship. Physical education teaching is a kind of art, need merging together on the theory and movement skill, could make students study to the correct sport posture, realize the advantage of the movement. Every physical education teacher have one unique to can attract teaching way, student of study, should utilize a lot of teaching experience and method even more, promote students' study interest, make the good result.
