提昇大專生體育課興趣之探討

興趣是人的一種心理現象，是指一個人認識與掌握某種現象、事物或參與某項活動具有積極情緒的一種心理傾向；在體育教學中培養從事體育活動者的興趣、愛好、選擇與確定體育活動內容就十分重要。因此，如何在體育課程中運用多元性的教學方法，來提昇學生上體育課的興趣，是體育教師應該充份理解與瞭解的。綜合各方之研究理論與研究結果，歸納出提昇學生上體育課興趣法包括：一、約法三章。二、樂趣化教學。三、讚美與表揚。四、示範與誘導。五、循序漸進。六、個別差異。七、建立和諧的師生關係。體育教學是一種藝術，在理論與實際的動作技巧上需要融合在一起，才能使學生學習到正確的運動姿勢，並體會運動的好處。每一位體育教師都有一套獨特又能吸引學生學習的教學方式，更應該利用許多的教學經驗與方法，提昇學生的學習興趣，營造雙贏的結果。
