融入學習型組織概念於排球運動領域之研析

Analysis of Implementing the Concept of Implanting Learning Organization in Volleyball Sport

摘要


排球運動團隊中,團隊內選手必須先自我學習,不斷加強練習戰技並強化整體比賽觀念,進而才會朝向學習型組織層次發展。繼之,如何透過教練專業團隊的成立,選手組織文化的養成,不斷激發彼此間的專業智慧與技能成長,將是有效增進排球領域教練專業的水準,是為當前體育運動領域與排球教練所需面對與深思的課題。所以本文從學習型組織的概念中分析,並整理、歸納出學習型組織於排球運動團隊領域之運用,冀以所研析之結果能對排球領域有所助益。研究結論如後:社會的演進與變遷,使得運動團隊的經營更形加複雜,唯有加強教練本職專業知能,強化自我超越能力,改善訓練與專業程度的心智模式,並應對人、事、時、地、物的不同,適時調整與選擇合宜的領導行為,方能創造良好的訓練情境及共同願景目標,帶領排球團隊邁向更高的技術層面,如此的積極開創,才能讓排球運動領域真正成為一個學習型組織。

Players' priority in volleyball teams is self-learning, continuously improvement in practicing skills and enforcement in entire games before they move forward to the level of forming learning organizations. Moreover, several issues deserve critical consideration about by establishing professional coaching team; cultivating players' organizational culture; constantly stimulating teammates' professional intelligence and growth of skills in requirement of effectively improve coaches' professions in volleyball sport. Hence, this study collect, analyze and induce the concepts of learning organization and implement them on the field of volleyball sport for future improvement. Results are as followed: As the society changes and improves, the management of sport teams becomes more complicated. Only coaches improve their professional knowledge and skills, enforce themselves for self-emulation, improve training and professional mental model, and adjust their leading behaviors with the outside changes, they can create a nice training ambience and common goals to guide their teams to a higher level. Creativity and improvement can assist volleyball players to form a real learning organization.
