太極健身操對老年人身心健康成效之探討

摘要


本研究之目的在探討太極健身操對老年人身心健康成效為何。以隨機抽樣的方式取樣之屏東市公園受試者問卷調查資料,以描述統計及卡方考驗來檢驗太極健身操對老年人身心健康的成效。結果顯示:本研究身體健康層面在1.身體功能雖有部分成效,但在整體身體健康狀態並未如預期呈現顯著成效;2.心理健康層面在整體心理健康狀態對心理、情緒、活動時間、健康的身體呈現部分成效。3.在防止跌倒次數方面則達顯著水準,對提升老年人生活品質上有助益。

The purpose of this study was to probe into why to old people physically and mentally healthy effect it will be Taiji. Experimenter's questionnaire survey materials of park of Pingtong taking a sample by way of random sampling, in order to describe the effect physically and mentally healthy to old people that statistics and chi-square test and examine Taiji. The result shows: This research health aspect is in 1. Although body function has some effects, has not been expected to show the effect in the whole health state; 2. Some effects have appeared to the psychology, mood, activity time, body of the health in the whole psychological health state in the psychological health aspect. 3. In is it fall number of times reach level of showing, to improve old people quality of the life benefit to prevent.
