摘要

本文試圖由台灣目前的高失業率及大學學生畢業時的生涯轉換，來探討大學學生運動員在校時所面臨的各種問題、討論大學學生運動員生涯轉換前生涯準備與規劃的重要性、大學學生運動員生涯轉換的輔導策略，最後並對大學學生運動員的導師、教練、學生輔導中心、學校當局、乃至大學學生運動員本身提出生涯轉換（畢業）前的生涯規劃與輔導的具體建議。

The purpose of this study was to explore the various problems of college-athletes faced with before graduation in the context of high unemployed rates. It also focus on the importance of career planning for college-athletes as well as the counseling strategies of career planning. In the end, some specific suggestions of career planning were presented to teachers, coaches, center of student counseling, schools, and college student-athletes themselves.
