系統觀察法應用於有效體育教學之比較分析

Analysis of the Application of Systematic Observations to Effective Teaching in Physical Education

摘要


本研究之主要目的乃就有效體育教學要素,分析比較不同的系統觀察法在有效體育教學上的應用,再以分析結果,提供體育教師進行有技教學的參考,並提昇體育教學的品質。近年來,有關系統觀察法應用於有效體育教學的研究甚多,本研究採用文獻分析法,針對較被體育有效教學應用之十種系統觀察法,就其觀察類目、用途、特色、記錄方式及資料處理等方面加以分析比較,獲得結果如下:一、針對師生互動行為的觀察CAFIAS此觀察系統的類目是以教師和學生在口語及非口語上的互動形式。籍由相互回饋的過程,便可清楚地看出師生間互動的情形。二、針對教師本身行為的觀察PETCOS、CBRF、ASUO、FAP等觀察系統,其類目都是關於教練在訓練選手過程中,本身常會出現的行為,也可使用在體育教師教學的情境中。三、針對師生在教學過程中出現行為的觀察STOP、ORRPETB等觀察系統,其類目包括教師與學生在體育課中,各種行為所花費的時間,可以了解教師花了多少時間在課堂管理上,以及花了多少時間在實際有效教學上。四、系統觀察法之電腦化PETA、OARS、TEP等觀察系統,其類自同樣是針對師生在課堂上,各種行為所花費的時間(TEP的焦點只在教師的教學行為上),較特別的是記錄和統計的方式用電腦來處理,節省統計結果的時間,為一方便省時、效率高的研究工具。

The purpose of this study was to analyze and compare the application of various systematic observations to effective teaching in PE, to apply consultation for PE teacher improving their teaching skills and promoting the quality of PE.Recently, many researches about the application of various systematic observations to effective teaching of PE have been introduced. The study adopted document analytical method, to collect ten systematic observations to compare and discuss the observation categories, usage, characteristics, record methods, and data treatment. The results of this study were as follows:1. The observation for the interaction between PE teachers and students:The categories of CAFIAS are designed about the interaction between PE teachers and students, which express themselves verbally or nonverbally. Reviewing the process of feedback, we can understand the conditions of interaction.2. The observation for PE teachers/coaches' behaviors:The categories of PETCOS, CBRF, ASUOI, and FAP are designed about the PE teachers/coaches' behaviors during the process of teaching/training.3. The observation for PE teachers and students' behaviors during the teaching process:The categories of STOP and ORRPETB are designed for the time spent of PE teachers and students' behaviors during the class, so that we can understand the time which teacher spent on the class management or effective teaching.4. Computerizing the process of systematic observation:The categories of PETAI, ORAS and TEP are also designed for the time spent of PE teachers and students' behaviors during the class, (except TEP, its focus is only on PE teachers' behaviors). It is especially that the process of data recoding and calculation is computerized, which are convenient and efficient tools.
