Comparison and Research for the Study Effect of Serve Way to Table Tennis Training

摘要

This study takes 150 table tennis beginner in Tainan Woman's College of Arts & Technology as object, and divides them into three groups at random, makes use of self-tossing serve, ladder player serve and serve machine serve to study the difference of success rate of forehand attack, its result is as following: As for the attack efficiency of different serve way to beginner, we can obtain from the statistics of success rate: First is serve machine's serve, 55.02%; then is self-tossing serve, 48 .54%; and the lowest is ladder player's serve, only 4 1.90%. After analyzing the variance of the three serve ways, find it reach P＜.01** marked significance difference.There is marked (significance) difference for different serve ways to the attaching ball efficiency, which reason maybe is that the beginner has no basic skill, the serve route of serve machine is most fixed and the beginner is easy to fix his basic action; the ladder player's quality is different, insufficient experience of the examinees bring them with great psychology pressure, the success rate of serve way of ladder player is the lowest; As for self-tossing serve, because lacking of the ladder player, its success rate is between service machine and ladder player' s tossing.
