本文研究主要目的,乃由網球拍撞擊之特性,以探討手肘振動之情形,研究內容包括:一、探討受試者正拍打擊時,戴網球肘護具與沒有戴網球肘護具之差異。二、探討受試者反拍打擊時,戴網球肘護具與沒有戴網球肘護具之差異。實驗方法是在受試者持拍手臂離手腕關節線2公分處、以及手肘外側肱骨與肘關節連接處,各貼上一個加速規、離肘關節彎屈線2公分處,戴上充氣式網球肘護具,以指定球迷打擊至指定區域,視其正拍與反拍打擊時,戴與不戴網球肘護具對於振動之變化。研究結果顯示,正拍打擊時戴網球肘護具並沒有減少振動,反拍打擊時戴網球肘護具,於手肘前後方向有明顯減少振動,其正拍沒有達到減震之效果,可能是氣墊放的位置所影響。因此可以在平常訓練時,針對正、反拍打擊時戴上網球肘護具於不同位置上,以減少振動傳遞至手肘。
The purpose of this study was to analyze the discrepancy of impact between wearing and without tennis elbow brace in forehand and backhand strike. To test the vibration on upper extremity, we put two accelerometers on subject's wrist and lateral epicondyle of humeral bone of the dominated side. Then we evaluated the difference of vibration wearing or without elbow brace. The results shown that wearing elbow brace could not reduce the elbow impact vibration during forehand striking, but the anterior posterior impact vibration was significantly reduced by wearing elbow brace during backhand striking. The position of brace-wearing may affect the impact. The further research should be focus on the effect of different wearing position of elbow brace.
