籃球比賽時有關利益原則與裁判執法尺度之探討

摘要

好的裁判員不但要對籃球規則瞭如指掌，還要能兼顧體認籃球比賽的蘊義和精神才行，對於違例與犯規的宣判，一致適用於得利與不得利的原則。這個原則應該在輕微的不帶有利益的情況下使用，必須特別小心謹慎的判斷，何種要執行處罰，何種可以不究和寬容，在這取捨瞬息之間的論斷，完全有賴裁判執法尺度的拿捏。

A good referee not only knows the basketball rule thoroughly but also realizes the meanings and spirits for the games. He can make the judgements of violation and foul identically fit the advantageous and disadvantageous principles. Under the slight and non-advantageous conditions, the principles should be used and especially have to be carefully judged which one must execute and which one can reject and forgive. This kind of instantaneous determination wholly depends on the executive measure of the referees.
