本研究主要目的在分析女子三級跳遠選手空中動作,以提供教練、選手訓練之參考。本研究以五部每秒60張畫面的攝影機,拍攝92年全國運動會女子三組跳遠決賽選手為受試者,以14個階段、21個關節點的人體模型,實施二度空間的影片分析,所獲得的結論如下:一、三個階段水平速度為7.06、6.79、6.38公尺/秒,垂直速度2.26、1.63、2.42公尺/秒,躍跳水平速度與實跳距離達顯著相關(r=0.797),騰跳垂直速度與階段距離則達顯著負相關意義(r=-0.732)。二、三個階段起跳角度17.78、13.50、20.80度,僅騰跳起跳角度與階段距離達顯著負相關意義(r=-0.782)。三、三個階段起跳時重心高度分別為96.4、94.6、99.6公分,在騰跳與躍跳階段起跳重心高度與實跳距離均達顯著相關意義(r=.867,r=.739)。四、水平距離以跨跳水平距離最大,僅躍跳階段與實跳距離達顯著相關意義(r=0.870)。五、三個階段空中時間0.494、0.346、0.565秒,以躍跳階段空中時間最長,跨跳階段時間最短,而躍跳空中時間與實跳距離達顯著相關意義(r=0.815)。六、三個階段空中平均角動量為0.1494、-0.0076、0.0211公斤-公尺^2/秒,在跨跳階段時在足與右上臂角動量均與實跳距離有顯著相關意義,而在躍跳階段有左足與實跳距離達顯著相關。
The purpose of this study was to analyze female triple jumpers' flight motion. Five cameras with a speed of 60 frames per second (Canon ZR-60) were used to film all performances in competitions in the 2003 National Games is chosen in this study. The best record of the means of a 14-segment and 21-point body model. The data of competitions was computed. According to the results, the conclusions as folloe: 1.The horizontal speed for three phases are 7.06, 6.79, 6.38m/s; the vertical speed are 2.35, 1.63, 2.42m/s. The jumping horizontal speed and the actual distance are significantly correlated(r=0.797), The hopping vertical and the phase distance are negatively correlated (r=-0.732). 2.The takeoff angle of the three phase are 17.78 , 13.50 , and 20.80 . Only the hop-jump angle and the phase distance are negatively correlated (r=-0.782). 3.The jumping gravitycenter height of the three phases are 96.4cm, 94.6cm, and 99.6cm. In the hopping and jumping phases, the center of gravity height and the actual distance are significantly correlated (r=0.867, r=0.739) 4.The stepping horizontal distance is the longest of horizontal distance, and only the jumping phase and the actual distance are significantly correlated (r=0.870). 5.The flight time of three phases are 0.494sec, 0.346sec, and 0.565sec. The flight time of the jumping phase is the longest, the stepping phase the shortest, and the flight time of the jumping phase and the actual distance are significantly correlated (r=0.815). 6.The average flight angular momentum are 0.1494, -0.0076, 0.0211 kg-m^2 /sec In the stepping phase, the angular momentum of the left foot and right upperarm are angular momentum significantly correlated.
