巧固球高壓射球之三度空間運動學分析

A Klnematical Analysis of the Smash Shot of Tchoukball

摘要


本研究主要目的是針對優秀國小巧固球選手高壓射球動作進行運動學分析。本實驗以高速攝影機(JVC 9800U;120Hz)進行3D拍攝,以APAS動作分析系統為主要的分析系統,將其影像資料數位化,取有效樣本十次以獲取運動學參數。所獲得結果如后:要獲得較佳的瞬間離手球迷,其第二助跑距離大約介於2.22-2.35m之間,且其起跳腳離三米線距離亦較能控制在介於0.10-0.18m的較佳起跳位置。而瞬間離手的球迷與身體重心合速度達R^2 = 0.46相關;與身體重心水平速度達R^2 = 0.49相關。因此,較快的重心合速度及重心水平速度,並配合身體上肢關節動作則可能增加瞬間離手的球迷。另外本研究針對肘關節與肩關節相對角度變化進行探討發現,在不同球迷射球動作的肘關節上有所差別,最佳肘關節角度比較差肘關節角度小。由本研究顯示,要獲得較快的離手瞬間球迷時,在完成手部射球的反向動作的瞬間,肘關節角度並不需要太大,這可能與不同角度所產生的肌肉力量有關,值得深入再探討。本研究僅以一名國小五年級男巧固球隊員為受試對象進行運動學分析,建議以後學者能以更多國小學童為受試對象,再進一步了解巧固球運動學各參數進行更深入的探討。

This study investigated kinematically the smash shot by elite Tchoukball players in elementary school. A high speed camera (NC 9800U, 120 Hz) was used in this study to videotape the process. APAS was the analytical system used to digitalize the visual data in order to obtain kinematical parameters. The findings of this study are listed as following. For having a better initial ball speed, the distance of second run-up should be ranged from 2.22m to 2.35m, expecting not only to have a better control of the distance between the take-off spot and the attack zone, ranging from 0.10m to 0.18m, but also have a better jumping position. Besides, by analyzing the statistics in this study, the correlation of the initial ball speed and the composition of velocity of body central gravity is 0.4606, which also correlates to the horizontal velocity of body central gravity with the correlation of 0.4992 Therefore, the initial ball speed can be increased when the composition of velocity of body central gravity is fastened, along with appropriate motions of upper limbs. In addition to the above findings, this study investigates the changes of relative angles between elbow and shoulder joints, suggesting that when shooting with different speed, the wider the angle of elbow will resulted in better shooting The outcome of this study reveals that, to have the faster initial ball speed, the angle of the elbow does not need to be wide when the reverse movement after shooting is completed. The finding might be resulted from the muscle velocity caused by different angles. The limitation of this study is that only one subject participated in this project. To conduct further research, it is suggested that more participants should be included.
