不同步態形式下人體上肢動作之三度空間的運動學分析

A Three-Dimensional Kinematic Analysis in the upper Body Movement in Varied Motions of Moving

摘要


本研究目的在於透過三度空間運動學分析探討人體在走步(1.16m/s、1.33m/s)與跑步(2.66m/s、3m/s)兩種步態下上肢關節動作角度運動學參數變化的情形。本研究結果如后:在走步速度1.16m/s與1.33m/s時,肘關節活動最大角度介於170°-177°之間,最小角度介於160°-168°之間,活動範圍介於8°-10°之間;肩關節活動最大角度介於14°-17°之間,最小角度介於2°-3°之間,活動範圍介於12°-14°之間。而在跑步速度為2.66m/s與3m/s時,肘關節活動最大角度介於135°-140°之間,最小角度介於95°-101°之間,活動範圍介於39°-40°之間;肩關節活動最大角度介於25°-27°之間,最小角度介於5°-6°之間,活動範圍介於20°-21°之間。本研究結果顯示,跑步動作時的上肢角度活動範圍比走步上肢角度活動範圍來得大。從運動學的角度來看,不同步態動作型式,會造成上肢肘關節及肩關節動作變化有所不同。國內針對人體上肢活動變化研究甚少,研究限制上僅以一位受試者在不同步態下進行上肢動作分析,因此建議以後學者能以更多受試對象在不同步態及不同速率下,對人體上肢動作做更深入的研究。

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of kinematical parameters in the angle of upper body movement between the motion of walking (1.16 m/s, 1.33 m/s) and that of running (2 .66 m/s, 3 m/s). The findings of this study are showed as following. First、when the velocity of walking is ranged from 1.16 m/s to 1.33 m/s, the maximal angle of elbow joint is ranged 170 to 177 degrees、the minimal angle is between 160-168 degrees and the range of motion is ranged from 8 to 10 degrees. When the velocity of running is ranged from 2.66 m/s to 3 m/s, the maximal angle of elbow joint is from 135 to 140 degrees, the minimal angle is from 95 to 101 degrees and the range of motion is from 20 to 21 degrees. The results of this study reveal that the motional range of the angle of upper body movement when running is wider than that of the angle of upper body movement when walking. From a kinematical point of view、different motions of moving cause different motions of the upper body movement of elbow and shoulder joint. There is few research conducted domestically to discuss the variations of the upper body movement. Moreover, researches are solely focused on only one subject to analyze the upper-limb movement under different motions of moving. This study thereby suggests that future researchers can further discover the upper body movement under different motions of moving and speed.
