Comparing the Difference between Front-Leg and Back-Leg Attacking Movement Abilities in Tae Kwon Do

摘要


The purpose of this study was to compare front-Ieg and back-Ieg movement abilities in Tae K won 00 athletes with weight level less than 68 kgs. Six subjects (male, age: 19.8±1, high: 175.6± 3.9, weight: 62.5±4.8) conducted back-Ieg attacking movement of round-house kick and strike back round house kick and front-Ieg foot attacking movement of front leg round house kick and slide round house kick with their dominant leg. The kinematics and kinetics parameters of relative force, relative power, and acceleration and attack velocity were measured by accelerometers, load cell and Biovison system. The collected data were analyzed by F-test with SPSS. The results of both relative force and relative power in round- house kick and strike back round house kick are signiftcantly greater than front leg round house kick and slide round house kick relatively (P < .05). In compound acceleration, the round house kick and strike back round house kick are significantly greater than front leg round house kick and slide round house kick relatively (P < .05); for tangential acceleration, the round house kick are signiftcantly greater than front leg round house kick and slide round house kick relatively (P < .05); strike back round house kick is signiftcantly greater than slide round house kick (P < .05). The attacking velocity, in contrast, front leg round house kick and slide round house kick are signiftcantly faster than round house kick and strike back round house kick (P < .05) relatively. It is found from this stud) that the back leg attacking ability is obviously better than that of front leg in strength, power and acceleration, except the velocity in Tae kwon 00 athletes. The short distance and fast attacking movement mainly contributed by front leg attacking movement is new trend due to new rules. Therefore, enhancing the training for front leg is vital to improve and develop well-rounded attacking skills and techniques for Tae kwon Do athlete.
