排球教練請求暫停因素與專業知識認知之研究

An Investigation in Time out Request Factors and Professional Knowledge of Volleyball Coaches

摘要


本研究目的在探討大專、高中、國中排球教練請求暫停因素與專業知識認知上的差異。其次,分析請求暫停因素與專業知識認知各變項間的典型關係。本研究以參加92學年大專院校、高中及國民中學排球聯賽之275名教練為研究對象,並以自編之『排球教練請求暫停因素與專業知識認知量表』為研究工具進行調查。所得資料以因素分析法、單因子變異數分析、典型相關分析等統計方法處理,結果發現:一、不同性別教練在暫停因素有顯著差異,當球隊出現防守、情緒、臨場表現、戰術、策略等方面狀況時,男性教練請求暫停明顯高於女性教練。二、指導大專、高中組的教練,在防守方面出現狀況時,請求暫停明顯高於國中的教練;指導大專、高中組的教練在策略方面出現狀況時,請求暫停明顯高於國中的教練。三、體育科系畢業的排球教練在防守、情緒、攻擊、攻擊、生理、臨場、戰術方面出現狀況時,請求暫停顯著高於非體育科系畢業教練。四、體育斜靠畢業排球教練認為瞭解基礎學科、技術理論、應用學科及實習方面方面明顯重要於非體育科系畢業教練。五、典型相關分析發現,請求暫停各因素與專業知識各因素間呈現正向關係。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the time out request factors and professional knowledge difference among volleyball coaches from college, senior high school and junior high school. In addition, Canonical Correlation Analysis between time out request and several professional knowledge variates were also performed. Subjects of this study were the volleyball coaches (n = 275) who participated in the national collegiate, senior high school and junior high school league competitions. The investigation procedure was carried out by a self-designed questionnaire for time out request factors and professional knowledge of volleyball coaches. All the data were analyzed by several statistical methods including factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, and Canonical Correlation Analysis, the results showed: (1)Significant differences between male and female coaches were shown in defense, emotion, performance during the game, tactics and strategy. In the situations related to those variates listed above, time out request was higher in male coaches than in female coaches. (2)College and senior high school coaches were higher in time out request than junior high school coaches at the conditions related to defense and strategy. (3)At the conditions related to defense, emotion, offense, physiology, performance during the game and tactics, time out request were significant higher in physical education majored coaches than in non-physical education majored coaches. (4)Physical education majored coaches emphasized basic course training, technique theory, related course training and practical training more than non-physical educated coaches did. (5)Canonical Correlation Analysis showed positive relationship between time out request and several professional knowledge variates.
