大學教職員運動參與與SF-36健康生活品質之研究:以國立虎尾科技大學為例

A Study of Sports Participation and SF-36 of the Faculty and Staff in the University: Take the Example of National Formosa University

摘要


本研究之目的在於瞭解大學教職員運動參與與SF-36健康生活品質之狀況,研究對象以國立虎尾科技大學教職員為樣本,以運動參與和SF-36健康生活品質問卷為研究工具施測,有效回收率達65.3%。研究結果之重要發現如下:一、全體受試對象有規律運動習慣者佔48.5%,其中參與學校教職員工之運動社團者佔20.9%。二、本研究之健康生活品質整體健康總分為68.55,屬於中等程度,得分最高為身體功能,最低為活力狀態。三、個人背景資料與運動參與狀況資料顯示男性運動參與比例高於女性,年齡在大於55歲以上者參與規律運動比例較高,而參與運動時間之選擇,以男性在傍晚時段者最多。四、個人基本資料與健康生活品質之關係顯示在年齡、婚姻、教育程度及是否有小孩等變項上達到顯著,且年齡高於50歲以上者在整體包含身、心健康狀態上顯著優於50歲以下者。五、有規律運動習慣者在SF-36健康生活品質八個面向之分量表皆顯著優於無規律運動習慣者,顯示規律運動之參與可確實提升健康生活品質,進而做好個人之健康管理。本研究結果之發現,可提供相關研究單位或學校體育室,針對影響因子,設計不同之運動處方或健身課程,以滿足不同群體運動參與之需求,藉此並發揮體育專業之行政支援及服務功能。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of participation in sports and quality of health of the faculty and staff in the university. 300 faculty and staff in the National Formosa University participated in this study. One hundred and ninety-six effective questionnaires were received. The response rate was 65%.The data from this study was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 10.0 (SPSS 10.0), which included descriptive statistics, Chi-square, one-way ANOVA, and MANOVA. The alpha was set at .05 (α = .05) and the confidence level was 95%. The results of this study were described as the following: First of all, 48.5% of participants regularly participated in sports, and 20.9% of the participants were involved in school sports organizations. Second, the score of SF-36 health-related quality of life was 68.55. The item of physical functioning had the highest score, and vitality item had the lowest score. Third, the data showed men's sports participation were better then women. The age of older then 55 had kept height rate of sports participation. Four, the demographics of age, marriage, education and whether or not they had children were associated with quality of health. Finally, regular sports participation was associated with quality of health. So it was determined that regular sports participation is good for maintaining one's health. All the results could provide the research departments or P. E. offices to design different exercise courses to different people by the factors. Then it will be work to make sure the importance of the P. E. function.
