探討網球初學者在不同著地點擊球方式之比較

A Comparative Study of Tennis Beginner's Ground Stroke on Different Locate Points

摘要


本研究旨在探討教學前與教學後不同著地擊球方式對網球初學者之教學成效差異;並研究教學後何種著地擊球方式與擊球站姿最適合網球初學者學習。本研究是以政治作戰學校93年入學,初次選修網球課程,且未曾接觸過網球相關技能的60位一年級學生為研究對象。研究對象採隨機分組,分成開放式單手拍組、開放式雙手拍組、封閉式單手拍組、封閉式雙手拍組等四組。全體研究對象之平均年齡為18.88歲。教學實驗每週實施二次,每次教學30分鐘,為期四週。本研究測驗項目與方法,是引用瑞士國家網球協會所編訂之網球測驗方式。並將測驗所得數據以SPSS for Windows統計程式進行分析。統計方法包括:描述性統計分析、Pearson積差相關、Levene's變異數同質性考驗、重複量數t試驗、單因子變異數分析以及薛費氏(Scheffe)事後比較等。本研究統計分析均採α=.05的顯著水準。整理所得數據資料經統計分析後,獲得以下結果:(一)教學後,四組在各種不同著地擊球之學習成效皆顯著優於教學前。(二)教學後,封閉式雙手組在正、反拍著地擊球之學習成效明顯優於其他三組。結論:綜合本研究結果發現,網球初學者經教學後,在各種不同著地擊球方式之學習成效皆顯著提昇,其中,以封閉式雙手正、反手拍組學習成效最佳。建議:大專院校體育教師針對網球初學者進行著地擊球教學時,可以先採用封閉式雙手拍著地擊球法教學,以增進學習成效。

This research aims to compare the pre and post teaching effects of ground stroke for beginners and study of what kinds of ground stroke hits and hitting postures are most suitable for tennis beginners. Research subjects are National Defense Academy cadets admitted in 2004 who select the tennis class for the first time. All 60 subjects are year one students that have not had any experiences with any tennis skills. Subjects are randomly grouped into four groups-open single-hand group, open double-hand group, closed single-hand group, and closed double-hand group. The research subjects have an average age of 18.88. The experiment was conducted over a four-week period, twice a week for 30 minutes each session. The test items and methods are adapted from the tennis test methods developed by the Swiss National Tennis Association. Data derived are analyzed by SPSS for Windows. Statistical methods include: descriptive statistic analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, Levene's variable similarity test, paired samples t test, ANOVA, independence samples, and Scheffe post comparison. After analyzing the organized data, the following results are derived: (1) all four groups perform better in all ground stroke techniques after teaching. (2) After teaching, the closed double-hand group performs significantly better in front/back and ground-shot than the other tow groups. Conclusion: summarizing from the discoveries of this research, tennis beginners performed significantly better after teaching as compared to the results before teaching. In which, closed double-hand front/back hand groups have the best learning effects. Suggestion: when designing tennis ground stroke ground-shot lessons for beginners in college physical education classes, the closed double-hand ground-shot teaching method can be adopted for teaching beginners to improve learning effects.
