國小實習教師在健康與體育學習領域實習體育教學專業成長之個案研究

A Case Study of Elementary Intern Personal and Professional Growth in Health and Physical Education

摘要


隨著師資培育制度的改變,讓原本國小體育專業師資原本就不足的情形更是捉襟見肘,更難達到體育教學專業化目標。在這種情形之下,不得不尋求非體育背景的師資能夠勝任體育教學,讓學生能夠快樂和有效的學習。本研究即以一位非體育相關背景之實習教師的體育科教學實習為例,透過訪談法以尋求實習教師和一般教師在從事體育教學時所可能產生的困境,以做為日後體育教學專業化的參考。本研究結果發現:一、實習教師最感困擾的是體育專業知識的不足,以致於無法編製合乎學生能力的教學計畫。二、實習教師在體育科的課室管理的概念和技巧不足。三、實習教師在動作的指導及回饋方式有實質上的困難。不過以上實習教師的問題,可透過體育科有經驗的實習輔導教師的協助,加上自己不斷的學習可獲得明顯的改善,逐漸勝任體育教學的工作。

Behind the changes in cultivation system of elementary school teachers in Taiwan, physical education in elementary is steadily worse, more difficult to teach in specialism. In the circumstances, we must to try and find a way for the elementary interns or teachers, who were not majored in physical education, also can make students happy and effective in learning. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The intern most disturbed in less physical education knowledge, by the way, to make curriculum under students' ability. 2. The intern had not enough management concept and skills. 3. The intern also difficult in supplying learning cue and feedback. Above questions can solve from professional physical education mentor, and asking and learning by intern.
