摘要

本研究之目的是針對參與東豐綠廊自行車休閒運動民眾的休閒動機進行探索性研究，主要是探討人口背景變項的分配情形，以及比較參與民眾在性別、年齡、職業及學歷上之休閒動機的差異情形。本研究以張良漢所編之「休閒運動動機量表」為研究工具，共發出問卷122份，回收有效問卷116份，回收率為95.08%。問卷回收所得之資料，以SPSS統計套裝軟體進行描述性統計、單因子變異數分析及Duncan事後比較分析。研究主要發現就人口背景變項的分配情形而言，參與民眾以男性及學生居多；年齡大多介於21－30歲間；學歷則以大專為主。就休閒動機而言，男性的「成就需求」顯著的高於女性；無業或待業之民眾的「成就需求」顯著高於其它職業類別；高中職與小學學歷的民眾「社會需求」也顯著地高於其它學歷；同時，高中職學歷者的「知性需求」的動機最高，而碩士或博士學歷者的「成就需求」的動機最低。

The purpose of this research was to investigate the leisure motivation of the people who participate in Dong-Feng green corridor bicycle outdoor activity. Primarily the research is to study the proportion from participants' variant background and compare the differences between people's gender, age, job and educational background. The ”Leisure motive rating scale” by Zhang Liang Hang has been used as the study's tool. The survey totally had been sent out 122 questionnaires and retrieved 116 effective questionnaires. The retrieved rate is 95.08% and the effective data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Duncan comparative method by using SPSS for Windows 10.0. As for the discovery on situation of distribution on participants's background the participants are mostly male and student age from 21 to 30 and the academic background is mainly university or junior college. There are four observations according to the leisure motivations of participants. (1) For the proportion of the population background variables, the participants were mostly male and student; they were mostly age from 21 to 30 and their academic background was mainly university or junior college. (2) As for Leisure motivation in the achievement needs, male was higher than female and unemployed or job-waiting people were higher than other job classifications; in the social needs, people with the academic credentials of high school and primary school were higher than the people with other academic background. (3) The motive of the knowing needs of the people with academic credentials of high school was the highest. (4) The motives of the needs of achievement of the people with master or doctor's degree were the lowest.
