運動休閒產業經營創新衡量指標之研究

A Study of Innovative Management Evaluating Indicators of the Sport and Leisure Industry

摘要


本研究旨在建構一套適用於運動休閒產業經營創新的衡量指標及其權重體系。透過文獻分析、德懷術問卷調查和階層分析程序法的運用,進行資料的蒐集、分析與討論,建構出運動休閒產業經營創新衡量指標及其權重體系。一、以「德懷術」發展運動休閒產業的經營創新衡量指標:經由三階段德懷術,運動休閒產業的經營創新衡量指標架構,分為三個層級,第一層構面包括「管理創新系統」、「技術創新系統」和「價值創新系統」;第二層具體指標分別為「理念創新」、「人力創新」、「結構創新」、「策略創新」、「產業環境」、「核心資源」、「內部管理」、「外部行銷」、「創新特色」「顧客滿意」、「績效保證」與「文化價值」等十二項,第三層指標內涵,共計五十四項指標內容,均具備「重要」至「非常重要」之屬性,所發展出的衡量指標的架構系統構面、具體指標名稱與指標內涵,趨近整全與完備。二、以「階層分析程序法」建構運動休閒產業經營創新指標權重體系一級指標以「技術創新系統」佔總體指標的權重分配值最高,為36.6%;「價值創新系統」為32.6%;「管理創新系統」權重分配值則30.8%,極具參考價值。二級指標中以「策略創新」(11.70%)、「內部管理」(10.90%)、「外部行銷」(10.80%)、「顧客滿意」(9.90%)與「績效保證」(8.90%)權重值較高,藉以提供運動休閒產業在推動經營創新過程中參酌應用。

This study attempted to construct a system of innovative sport and leisure industry management indicators and the weighted-averages system. Firstly, relative researches analyzing, Delphi questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process were taken to collect data for discussing and analyzing. Eventually, the system of indicators and the weighted averages method of innovative sport and leisure industry management were established. 1. A three-stage Delphi method is adopted in the study to construct the indicators of innovative sport and leisure industry management: The indicators developed in this study were divided into three levels: 1) The first level indicators included three main areas: the system of innovative management, the system of innovative technology, and the system of innovative culture; 2) The second level indicators included 12 items, such as the innovation of concepts, innovation of manpower, the innovation of construction, the innovation of strategy, the environment of industry, core resources, internal management, external marketing, the satisfaction of customers, the added value, the effectiveness of management, and the value of cultures. 3) The third level indicators included fifty-four items, which were all ranked as ”important” or ”very important”. From these items, the systematic framework, the concrete name, and the meanings of indicators tend to be almost complete. 2. Using Analytic Hierarchy Process to construct the weighted averages system of innovative sport and leisure industry management: The indicators developed in this study were divided into two levels: 1) Among the first-level indicators, the indicator for the system of innovative technology is the most important one, whose value of weighted averages is 36.6%; the value of weighted averages for the indicator for the system of innovative culture is 32.6%, and that for the system of innovative management is 30.8%. 2) The innovation of strategy, the internal management, and the satisfaction of customers were more significant among the second-level indicators. In the end, based on research findings, some suggestion s and implications are provided as a reference to the sport and leisure industry that are interested in the innovative management.
