跆拳道教練賽前壓力因應策略之質性研究

摘要

本研究的目的旨在探討跆拳道教練於賽前壓力之因應的策略，進而了解跆拳道教練，對於比賽前的內在壓力，是用何種方法去調整及因應，並可提供跆拳道教練做為賽前壓力紓解之參考。一、本研究者關注於教練對於賽前壓力的因應過程及經歷，而不是重視其結果。二、本研究的焦點是在真實生活的情境脈絡中（context）所發生的現象，研究者為研究工具。三、本研究的對象為九十三年區中運跆拳道高中男子組前兩名為觀察及訪談、深度訪談的對象、前六名為焦點訪談的對象。研究步驟：透過文獻分析、平日的觀察以及焦點式訪談，最後進行深度訪談，加以進行三角檢核工作。並且將訪談逐字稿，交由受訪者校閱後，在不符合處加以註記意見，最後根據受訪者的意見修正訪談逐字稿。

The purpose of this research was to probe into taekwondo coach on the pressure before the match to aim at because tactics of answering, and then find out about taekwondo coach, to the inherent pressure before the match, adjust and answer with any methods, and can offer a taekwondo coach to make the reference solved for pressure Shu before the match. First, this researcher pays close attention to the thing because of inconformity with course and experience to the pressure before the match the coach, but not pay attention to its result. Second, the focus of this research is the phenomenon taken place in the train of thought of situation of true life (context), the researcher, in order to study tools. Three, target of research this district transport man of taekwondo high school two named observe and interview, depth interview target before the group, six call Focus while being the first for 1993. Study the step: Analyse, observation on ordinary days and focus type interview through documents, carry on depth interview finally, carry on the trigonometry and examine the nuclear work. Transfer to interviewee after collating, accord with interview draft word for word office note write the suggestion, revise the draft word for word of interview according to interviewees' suggestion finally.
